Trouble Shooting

We will be on site quickly if your SWAS system or chemical dosing system malfunctions or is showing signs of problems. As with all equipment, there is a top ten of things that can go wrong. We are on hand to rectify these problems at anytime.

• Due to our vast experience, the cause of any issue will be quickly identified.
• We keep stock of spares and key components for rapid (temporary) repairs.
• Through Facetime or Skype, we can also be of service from a distance for initial emergency first aid repairs and prepare for our visit to increase preparedness.
• We help out for any brand of system. We are very familiar with the equipment and technical specifications offered by our competitors.
